Dear Lord, many times I
feel defeated.
Activities in my daily
life can sometimes
overwhelm me. Money,
relationships and work…
leave me frazzled.
There are times when my
peace of mind seems to
be hanging by a thread.
But because You have won
the victory over sin and
death, and you can win
the victory in my life
day by day by reminding
me of what's important,
giving me the confidence
to continue to move
forward on this
"JOURNEY."
Life may sometimes be
tough, but Thank God I
am alive to experience
the tough and the
frazzled.
In all that life sends
my way… I know I will
prevail because I am
serving YOU. With that,
I have a new sense of
purpose.
Victory is mine because
I claim it in the name
of your Precious Son
Jesus of Nazareth.

Do you allow others to
build a prison and put
you in it??
There are self imposed
expectations and
expectations imposed on
you by others. We
sometimes allow others
to dictate out
behavior.
When you live in small
towns where everyone
knows everybody,
somebody will always try
to get in your business.
If you work in a cozy
office, folk want to
know what kind of car
you drive, where is your
house, where you buy
your clothes and how can
you afford it. All up in
your business.
And if you attend a
church where everyone
knows everybody all the
way back to your Great
Grandparents, some of
these sweet little
Christians ordain
themselves Fashion
Experts, Hair
Experts…and relationship
experts, then get all in
your business.
Only when you are afraid
or worried about what
others say about you, or
you allow others to
dictate your actions,
behavior, and your
dress, If you step
outside of the real you
to impress others… You
are living in a prison
built by others,
voluntarily sentenced by
your desire to please
and to conform for
others.
Let people talk, Let
them wonder. If one has
a full life, a satisfied
spirit, they don't have
time to worry about you
and you won't have time
to worry about them. And
if by chance they spend
important moments of
their journey worrying
and talking about "YOU"
you must have it going
on.

greets us. I
thank God
for you and
I thank God
that you
awakened
this
morning. I
appreciate
that you are
reading this
message. My
hope for you
is peace,
love and
happiness.
Pack your
worry and
regrets in a
box and put
them away.

We are God's
Children…….
Spring
and Summer
are
wonderful
seasons in
our lives.
It is a time
of shedding
that which
weighed us
down. The
heavy coats
and blazers,
the boots
that kept us
warm and the
tendency to
stay in the
house
because of
the cold.
The warm
weather
allows us to
get out
more, to be
involved in
picnics, and
outings that
take us to
the beach,
the park and
just outside
walking. The
warm weather
warms our
spirit with
a delight,
thankful
that the
cold has
passed, yet
hoping that
we will see
another
winter.
Each day we
have
experiences
that mimic
the
different
seasons. Sometimes
we have to
put on heavy
armor to
protect
ourselves
against
evil, and
sometimes we
are so
fortified
that we can
shed the
heavy stuff
that
protects us
but weighs
us down.
In every
season there
is a
purpose…take
from it what
it offers
and thank
God that you
have been
blessed to
see another.

Did you
know
that
your
aura
displays
the
feelings
and
emotions
of your
spirit/soul…
If you
are
sad, lonely,
depressed
or
angry, a
person
can look
at you
and see
that you
are in a
negative
place.
Do you
ever
wonder
why,
when you
are in a
difficult
period,
someone
will
walk up
to you
and feed
your
"spirit"
with a
much
needed
word. Or
touch
you with
what
feels to
be a
healing
touch!!!
Just as
an
astute
person
can see
you are
in
need,
before
they get
the
word….God,
Angels
and even satan
can see
your
need.
The
Angels
and God
see it
as an
opportunity
to
uplift
you….
while satan
sees it
as an
opportunity
to beat
you down
and use
you. God
and
Angels
see the
Opportunity
to do
good in
your
life vs.
the
darkness
that
preys
like a
hungry
vulture
over a
dying
animal,
waiting
for an
opportunity
to
attack
you when
you are
most
vulnerable.
Everyday
there is
a
battle.
That is
why we
must
seek
God in
the
morning
and
fortify
ourselves
with
the tools
needed
to walk
our
daily
path. Control
your
thoughts,
open the
window
of your
spirit
and let
God's
light
constantly
shine
in. If
you do
this,
everyone
will see
the
light of
God
emanating
from
your
"Being, "
this is
your
protection…for
where
ever God
is there
is LOVE…
and
where
there is
Love
satan
runs. |

O God, help us to
know in our hearts that you are
walking beside us at all times,
sustaining us through our lowest
moments and answering our prayers
before we speak.
Amen
In this life we are faced with many
opportunities. They may be obvious
or they may be disguised as
unsolvable challenges. We may see a
mountain that seems insurmountable
and feel we have neither the
strength or know-how to get over or
around it… but for every question
there is an answer and for every
problem there is a solution.
In the flesh we are restricted by
limited vision of what is possible,
our thinking has limitations. When
we journey with "spirit" our
perspective changes and eyes are
opened not to obstacles that block
us, but to possibilities, problem
solving, analytical thinking. When
we become one with the Creator, He
guides our thoughts, gives us
courage and wisdom, it is then our
cares and burdens become His to
manage.
Allow God's wisdom to work for you. You will stay in a place of Peace
and serenity when you give God the
freedom to work in your life.
Giving Honor to God, this is when He
does His best work.
God is honored and pleased when we
show FAITH in Him trusting Him to
do what He promised. The more
difficult the challenge… this is
when He does His best work…….Let it
go….and Let God.

The Game of Life and How to Play It
Every morning there are
many others waking up to the same
new day. Some will be on a mission
to steal somebody's joy. Others
will have their joy disturbed or
stolen. But when your feet hit the
floor each morning, know that you
are the attempted thief or the
target. This is not God's doing, it
is what we as humans evolved to
after that fateful day in the Garden
of Eden when man disobeyed God.
When you walk out the door or
interact with others…the games
begin. Knowing the rules of the
game holds the key. But in that
moment if you are the victim, the
inner voice may say "just be patient
with this person, you don't know
what they are going through."
But….Sometimes turning the other
cheek is not an option. Deep within
we all have the voice of "fire" that
may just say "O Hell No not this
time." There is a saying that Good
Guys/Girls finish last, it is
believed that if you are a good
person, others will take advantage
of you. But when you mess with a
"Christian' they too can sometimes
become possessed with the "O Hell No
not this time" spirit. It is not
always of satan, it is sometimes a
necessary mechanism to keep self
from being used, misused and abused.
Remember, your joy can only be
stolen if you allow it to be stolen.
In John 15:10-12 Jesus says, "If you
obey my commands, you will remain in
my love, just as I have obeyed my
Father's commands and remain in his
love. I have told you this so that
my joy may be in you and that your
joy may be complete.
My command is this:
Love each other
as I have loved you."

God Has Feelings
When we do good we often feel that
we have pleased God. But are your
acts of goodwill done out of pride,
self-interest or are your actions
coming from the power of the
"SPIRIT."
It is so easy to get caught up in
seeking the praise of others. Some
of us are guided both personally and
professionally out of a desire for
human rewards or human praise.
There is something within each
spirit that seeks attention,
recognition or acknowledgement.
Sometimes it is approval that we
seek.
Look at your childhood and look at
your life. Are you seeking the
approval and recognition of others
because of past experiences where
you felt unacknowledged??
Are you over looked in the workplace
and other social groups where you
feel that you have made major
contributions only to find the same
people pushed forward to be honored
for their (pretend) deeds!!!
When your goodness comes from the power that
is within your "SPIRIT," that is
sincere, genuine "Acts of God
within you." God knows your heart, He
knows if your inner, unseen
thoughts and motives match your
external words and works.
When you unselfishly do good, God is
pleased for it Honors Him. |

Miracles
The miracle in life is not to walk on water
or to walk on burning coals, the miracle
lies in having another day to walk on earth.
Today, is a new day of beginning your
journey.

One of the certainties of growing older is
that you may experience a life threatening
illness or will have a family member or
friend facing a life threatening ailment.
It is something that knocks the wind out of
you.
We sashay through life thinking that we are
invincible, and when least expected..
something challenging the health of you or a
loved one comes into your life leaving you
helpless, sad, and hopeless.
Facing mortality at a point where you feel
you have so much left to give can make you
angry at God. It can change your
personality, but it can also help you
develop a closer relationship with God the
Father and Jesus His Son. It can give you a
zest for life that you never had, an
appreciation for the simple things.
An
Attitude of gratitude for what you have.
No one wants to know that their earthly
journey is close to the end, and I have
never met anyone who wants to die. While
death brings peace to the receiver, it only
hurts those left behind who feel the loss.
Enjoy your journey, and all it has to give….
just as you were born.... the circle of life
requires that "spirit" will one day leave
the body. It is when you understand life and
take from it all that it has to give… you
will accept that life, like all journeys
comes to an end. If you have lived a
Christian life… God will be waiting with out
stretched arms…welcoming you Home for all
Eternity. |

A Prayer for President Obama
Dear Heavenly Father, Please protect,
guide and walk with our President.
He faces more challenges than any other US
President.
There are those that refuse to work with
him because of his race,
and there are others who invoke terror in
others while trying to embarrass Mr. Obama.
He walked into a position that had many
obstacles,
while some expect him to walk on water,
and make wine out of water,
He is only a man trying to do your WILL.
Please cover him, Michelle ( the 1st
Lady), Sasha and Malia in the
protective blood of your Son Jesus of
Nazareth. Let no hurt or harm come their way.
And those that oppose him out of sheer
selfishness... I ask your intervention.

Eagles wings.
That is what I want dear Lord. According to your promise, Let me
not just walk or run but SOAR. Give me the strength to do your
bidding in amazing ways...not just doing kind deeds, but showing
the depth of your compassion to others, not just saying nice
words, but uttering your blessings upon those around me.
God,
Give me a spiritual power that radiates, so that everyone around
me will know that you are with me. This I
ask in the name of your precious Son,
Jesus of Nazareth.....
