While it is easy to believe in self and feel comfortable with the person you are, many people lack self esteem.  They doubt their ability to move forward into a place of success and progress.

In life and especially in your career, you will be placed in positions where you have to feel your way.  But doubting self will make you sabotage your own success using self defeating behaviors that will cause you to miss out on success.

Many times in my career I was given a job description with many variables, and a team of people who attempted to set me up to fail.  But I never doubted me. I called people who had the same position at other locations and talked with them about what they did and how.  Then with all the tools needed to succeed, I created my position.  A will to succeed and a desire to show them that I cannot and will not be set up to fail drove my passion.

In this life it is through desire to succeed that we seek solutions.  I am super confident that I can accomplish anything I want.  The only thing that limits me is me.

Sometimes self esteem is about attitude. You may not think I am smart, but I am. You may not think I am intelligent…but I am…. you may not think I am "Somebody"…but I am my mothers child, and I be damn if I will let someone tell me I am less than or unable to handle a task. 

This is a winning attitude.  It is better to believe that you are everything and walk that path, than to doubt your importance and miss out on what is possible.

IMAGINE YOU, perfectly amazing You. Not wasting your time trying to be someone else. Taking the time to discover who you really are. Learning to love your "AUTHENTIC SELF."  You are REMARKABLE..........IMAGINE THAT!!!
