Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name, Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors. And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever.
Amen
I praise you, O God my heavenly Father, for your love and mercy demonstrated to me in Jesus. Please, dear Father, may I never be a stumbling block to your children or a rebellious child that opens the door for Satan to attack. Not only forgive me, dear God, but purify my heart and empower me by your Spirit. In Jesus name I pray.
Amen.
I believe in God, the Father Almighty, Creator of heaven and earth and in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit, born of the Virgin Mary, suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, died, and was buried, He descended into hell; the third day He arose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven, sitteth at the right hand of God, the Father Almighty, from thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit, the Holy Catholic Church, the communion of saints, the forgiveness of sins, the resurrection of the body, and life everlasting.
Amen.
Hail Mary, full of grace, the Lord is with thee, blessed art thou amongst women and blessed is the fruit of thy womb, Jesus. Holy Mary Mother of God, pray for us sinners now and at the hour of our death.
Amen.
Dear God, when a friend sees my distress and offers support, my tendency is to wavethem away with the assurance that nothing is required from them. I think I can take care of it myself. Father, I am also reluctant to pray about those burdens that I think I should be able to handle without any help. Not even help from You. Help me to realize that no matter how independent I try to be, I must seek thy face. I must come to You with a humble and contrite heart.
Forgive me for my attempts to walk this journey without seeking You...please show me how to accept help from others and open my heart to Your guidance. Amen
